Reset Flag Gear for Brother HL-3040 Starter Cartridge (non-OEM)

The Starter Cartridges are missing the flag gear/reset lever. You must install the flag gear to reset the page count. Once installed you can carry on resetting the Starter Cartridge. Specific instructions included.
